Kenya was suspended indefinitely by FINA in April this year after failing to conduct elections in the last two years despite passing a new constitution last year.
In an attempt to streamline the activities of the Kenya Swimming Federation (KSF), world governing body FINA has organised a consultative meeting with stakeholders.
The meeting, slated for Thursday, 6 October from 2.30 pm at the Moi International Sports Centre Kasarani will give stakeholders an opportunity to come up with suggestions and possible solutions on a way forward.

Kenya was suspended indefinitely by FINA in April this year after failing to conduct elections in the last two years despite passing a new constitution last year.
A stabilization committee was formed by the world governing body in July and mandated with running all the affairs of KSF.
FINA executive director, Brent Nowicki, said they have been forced to come up with the Stabilization Committee following repeated failure by KSF to hold elections in accordance with the world governing body rules.
The three-man committee including NOCK secretary-general, Francis Mutuku, South Africa's Jace Naidoo and Uganda's Benon Mwase was tasked with helping the federation prepare for the long overdue elections in the next six months.

The committee is set to run day-to-day operations for swimming in the country until the end of December when polls are expected to be held.
Thursday's meeting will be addressed by FINA representatives including the African President Sam Ramsamy.
Top of the agend will be the international body outlining its requirements for Kenyan swimming to return to normalcy.
Nowicki said despite the suspension, KSF has been trying to use a back route to take part in aquatics activities of other members contrary to the governing body rules.
